I picked up my phone and the screen was black. It flashed quick and went black. The Mr took it and showed someone behind the counter, the plugged it into something and it worked.......until I got home and tried to make a call and it did the same thing. It was charged up. So, I was in Brainerd today and didn't get back til after they were closed. I want my phone fixed!

I didn't catch the young ladies name that waited on me but she was exceptional! I have supervised employees for over forty years and it is rare to find anyone that cares about doing a good job. She greeted me when I entered the store. I gave her my list, she was polite and gathered the batteries that I needed. She set my organization up with an account and entered my tax exempt number into the system. My shopping experience couldn't have been more efficient and pleasant. We WILL be returning to the Elk River, MN location for our battery needs. I will also be recommending this store to anyone I know. Please commend this young lady. She is an exemplary employee. You are fortunate to have her!
